As a Level 4 Exercise Referral Specialist and certified Reformer Pilates instructor, she brings a deep understanding of the body’s mechanics to every session. Alissa holds diplomas in Mat Pilates, Fitness, and Remedial Massage, alongside specialized qualifications in Pre/Post-Natal exercise, advanced stretching, kettlebells, Olympic lifting, boxing, and suspension training.
Her global travels, spanning 42 countries, have enriched her approach to fitness, blending diverse techniques and philosophies from around the world. Having lived in Australia and New Zealand, Alissa loves exploring new cultures and lifestyles, which she infuses into her teaching to create a dynamic and holistic experience. Imogen is a professionally trained dancer who has relied on Pilates throughout her career to maintain strength, flexibility, and prevent injuries. Imogen is passionate about helping clients of all ages and abilities achieve their personal fitness goals, whether it's building strength, enhancing flexibility, or finding balance.
Her Reformer Pilates classes are thoughtfully designed to inspire, challenge, and support each individual on their wellness journey. Imogen's sessions emphasize strength, grace, and mindful movement, offering a transformative experience that nurtures both body and mind.

Isley has always been passionate about staying active, whether through dance or strength training in the gym. Two years ago, she began exploring different types of movement and that’s when she discovered Reformer Pilates. Not only did she see a transformation in her own body, but she also found a new sense of balance in her mind. This newfound love for Reformer Pilates inspired her to pursue her certification, and now she’s dedicated to sharing the benefits of this practice with everyone she meets.
Isley loves the sense of community she’s found in the Pilates world and is excited to help others connect with their bodies, feel strong, and enjoy movement in a whole new way. Her classes are a blend of challenge, mindfulness, and fun, where she encourages students to push their limits and leave feeling empowered.

Pilates is an essential part of her daily routine, not only as a way to enhance her physical strength and flexibility but also to nurture her mental well-being

Merle is a highly skilled Reformer Pilates and mat instructor, as well as a certified personal trainer with expertise in strength and flexibility. With a deep passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals, she takes a holistic approach to movement and wellness.
Currently training to become a menopause coach, Merle is dedicated to providing tailored support for women navigating this important stage of life, ensuring they feel strong, balanced, and empowered.
When she’s not in the studio, you’ll find Merle spending time with her beloved cats or indulging in her favorite treat—chocolate!
