Not at all! Our classes are beginner-friendly, with modifications and progressions given throughout. You’ll build strength, flexibility and confidence over time.
If you’re completely new, we recommend starting with a Mat or Reformer class to ease yourself in.
Reformer Pilates uses a spring-based machine to strengthen, lengthen and stabilise your body. It’s low impact and exceptional for improving posture, core strength and mobility.
Yes, all classes are designed for mixed levels unless stated otherwise. Your instructor will guide you through the machine and offer options based on your experience.
We keep our classes intimate — 6 reformers — so you receive personal guidance and corrections.
We allow up to 4 waitlist spots.
If a space opens, you’ll receive a text message — reply Y to accept or NO to decline. This gives you full control without being automatically added.
A dynamic mat Pilates class performed in infrared-heated studio (approx. 32–35°C) to help improve circulation, flexibility, detoxification and muscle activation.
Yes — as long as you’re comfortable with heat. We give plenty of modifications throughout.
Hydrate well before and after class.
We do not recommend heated classes during pregnancy. Please book our standard Mat or Reformer classes instead, and inform your instructor before class.
Barre is a ballet-inspired workout combining Pilates, strength training and low-impact cardio. Expect small, controlled movements that create deep muscle burn and improved posture.
Not at all! No ballet background needed. Barre is designed for all levels.

Yes — different packs have different expiry lengths:
Class packs and memberships are non-refundable as per our studio policy.
You cannot transfer credits, but you can add a family member or friend to your account so they can use your pricing options. They will need to create their own profile first.
No — monthly memberships do not roll over. However, if the studio is closed for a period, we review this on a case-by-case basis.
