We’re based in the heart of Gravesend, Kent, offering Reformer Pilates, Hot Mat Pilates, Mat Pilates, Barre Fitness and community-led wellness events.


Not at all! Our classes are beginner-friendly, with modifications and progressions given throughout. You’ll build strength, flexibility and confidence over time.

If you’re completely new, we recommend starting with a Mat or Reformer class to ease yourself in.


Reformer Pilates uses a spring-based machine to strengthen, lengthen and stabilise your body. It’s low impact and exceptional for improving posture, core strength and mobility.


Yes, all classes are designed for mixed levels unless stated otherwise. Your instructor will guide you through the machine and offer options based on your experience.


We keep our classes intimate — 6 reformers — so you receive personal guidance and corrections.

We allow up to 4 waitlist spots.
If a space opens, you’ll receive a text message — reply Y to accept or NO to decline. This gives you full control without being automatically added.


A dynamic mat Pilates class performed in infrared-heated studio (approx. 32–35°C) to help improve circulation, flexibility, detoxification and muscle activation.


 Yes — as long as you’re comfortable with heat. We give plenty of modifications throughout.

Hydrate well before and after class.


We do not recommend heated classes during pregnancy. Please book our standard Mat or Reformer classes instead, and inform your instructor before class.


Barre is a ballet-inspired workout combining Pilates, strength training and low-impact cardio. Expect small, controlled movements that create deep muscle burn and improved posture.


Not at all! No ballet background needed. Barre is designed for all levels.

Your spot is secured once payment or membership is applied.


Yes — different packs have different expiry lengths:

  • Standard packs: 12-month expiry
     
  • Offers/sales/promotions: shorter expiry (clearly noted at time of purchase)


Class packs and memberships are non-refundable as per our studio policy.


You cannot transfer credits, but you can add a family member or friend to your account so they can use your pricing options. They will need to create their own profile first.


No — monthly memberships do not roll over. However, if the studio is closed for a period, we review this on a case-by-case basis.


Yes — with modifications.
Suitable classes:

  • Mat Pilates (non heated)
     
  • Reformer Pilates (depending on comfort and trimester)
     
  • Barre (depending on comfort and trimester)


Yes — Pilates is fantastic for rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength.
We generally recommend:

  • 6–8 weeks postpartum after a vaginal birth
     
  • 10–12 weeks postpartum after a C-section
    Clearance from your midwife/GP is advised.


For safety, we cannot allow late entry into Hot or Reformer classes. Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in.


Cancellations must be made 12 hours before class.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in:

  • Credit loss (for pack users)
     
  • £5 fee for multiple late cancels (for unlimited members)


Quick photos are welcome before or after class — please be mindful of others’ privacy.
