Mat Pilates is the foundation of Pilates, helping you build deep core strength, control, and stability that perfectly complements Reformer work. With the added heat in our HOT Pilates classes, expect enhanced flexibility, increased circulation, detox benefits, and a serious sweat!
Mat Basic (Level 1)
Intro to Mat Pilates. Focus on fundamental movements, core activation, and proper alignment—using just your body and simple props. A great starting point for anyone new to Pilates or looking to reinforce the basics.

Mat Power (Level 2)
A flowing, energising full-body workout. Expect dynamic sequences, added pace, and creative use of props to build strength, coordination, and control. Open to all, but best with some Pilates experience.

Mat Strong (Level 3)
Slow, deep, and focused. This advanced session uses time under tension, long holds, and minimal rest to deliver a serious core burn. Designed to sculpt and strengthen with maximum control and precision.
