Set to energising music, each Barre session combines low-impact strength training, balance work, and core conditioning to tone your arms, legs, glutes, and abs. You’ll use light weights, resistance bands, and the ballet barre to move through sequences that build endurance and grace — no dance experience required!
Our instructors focus on alignment, control, and posture to help you move safely and effectively. Expect that signature “Barre burn” that leaves you feeling stronger, longer, and totally empowered.
